On my second 4th gen with few issues to report. I put 90,000 miles on my '11 and only had a few problems (steering box, TPMS quit, short in headlight wiring, and one steering axle u-joint).
18,000 miles on my '13 with no problems to report.

Have 32,000 miles on my 2012. Very, very happy with it. I would buy again because of the Cummins engine. The rest of the truck is great too! Nothing beats the Cummins, the others try, but can never match it.

I have a 2014 3500 DRW with over 15,000 with no problems. I have towed my 40', 15K lbs 5th wheel with no issues. I also love the Aisin transmission (3.73 rear). I had some updates done with the oil change and fuel filter change at 15K miles.

I only had problems before I got recommended flash updates. After the flash/RRT software updates, no problems.

Truck is a year old with 9000 miles. More than 1/4 of that was pulling a 25 foot travel trailer through the mountains.

It was a beautiful and relaxing trip. :)

My sons 13 DRW 4x4 Aisin 3.73 has been trouble free for 45K miles, except for he had it in for update flash a few months ago as it seemed unable to decide on 1st or 2nd gear when rolling along slow then getting on peddle moderately. The flash made it drop into 1st when (eg idling into a campground) with a bang that you could easily hear outside truck and was a real annoyance inside. Rear end would ring out like a bell. Last week finally took it back with complaint and low and behold there is a fix and reflash which made him again quit happy with it

12000 mi on my 3500. Only problem was radio had to be replaced. It's not a sports car or a drag racer but it's a darn good towing vehicle just as it was designed to be. This is my 3rd Ram 3500. A 96 an 07.5 & now the 13 & all were great trucks. This is my first ever auto transmission. Love the Cummins - Aisin - 4:10 comb for how i use the truck. The perfect rig for me.

14K on the 13 4777 0n the 14, So far they are the best New trucks I've ever own for My personal Trucks, although it was a heart breaker to see My 2003 go after 11 years of great service......

2014 3500 mega cab Srw 6.7 Cummins owned a 94 a 2006 and spent just about nothing on them other then normal pm great Trucks and great Diesels

On my 2011 Ram 3500 and about 77,000 miles:
Been a great truck and never has left me stranded.
Issues:
Sat Radio the presets started changing on their own, replaced under warranty.
Had a slight hiss in the power steering, they replaced under warranty a very small leak in the line.
Still orginal brakes, batteries, etc...
Got 38K miles on the factory General tires, now almost 40K miles on Goodyear Duratracs

Things I don't like:
Mileage basically sucks. But I did everything wrong: ordered 4.10 gears on a heavy loaded up crew cab truck with add-ons added, leveling kit, lights, camper tiedown, airbags, Superhitch, Supersprings, Transfer Flow replacement 60gallon tank, etc...
14.5 at 70MPH empty, maybe 15 at 65MPH
11 with Truck Camper on going 60-65
9.5-10 with truck Camper plus enclosed trailer.
Too frequent of oil changes from the idiot light.
Also don't like the costs of all the maintance items recommended.

Had a 2008 and Put 92,000 in 3 1/2 yr's drove like a Dream Never had any troubles with it . Traded it in on a 2011 3500 srw put 53,000 in 2 yr's and again Not 1 trouble out of it Both were stock and stayed stock .Only Reason I traded the 11 off was I built my first gen crewcab and it's Paid for .there are alott of trouble free truck's that people jut don't post about that's all .You made the right choice by going Ram/cummin's

I have 20,300 miles on my 2013 Ram 3500 dually/CC/LB/4X4/Aisin with 4:10..., zero issues, no CEL's..had a couple of the 8.4an updates and that's it. I tow my 5er in the mountains with it's weight at 16,200# and the truck handles it very well...Great truck:)

OMG!!!!!!

I just can't get away from you! :-laf

A pic from last weekend. If anyone has towed Highway 20 in WA State Washington Pass they know it's a lot of 6-7% climbing and descending. 45 mph coolant high temp 219 and trans 186-192. 50K with no troubles except POS General tires!

Nearly 29K and 3:42 gears.

On my 2012 3500 SRW, Broke a shock at 20,000. ( determined to be a defective part) Traded in due to poor mileage. The 2014 SRW Asin 3500 Ram Box- Both batteries had to be replaced at 4029 miles. I got stuck at a campground away from home when the truck would not turn over. Local dealer diagnosed both batteries as being "bad." Said it was not all that uncommon coming from the factory. Otherwise a flawless performer at 8000 miles. Had the radio re-flash completed; Trans reflash pending, but have no shifting issues.

Do you mind sharing how you got your 2" level? I am looking to do the same but I think the 2014 handles, rides, and steers so well compared to my 06 I hate to mess with it. Do you feel like you made any compromises in the aforementioned?
