Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I have purchased 2 RAMs and one other vehicle in the last 5 years. I have found a salesman that has learned not to BS me. He knows that I know what I am talking about and what I need. He appreciates repeat business and takes good care of me including free details occasionally.
Attitude is everything, both yours and the salesman. Sometimes, some calm friendly words telling the salesman that you know what you want, can detect BS a mile away, and to relax goes a long ways. So does humor. It is ok to ask for another sales rep if one bothers you.
