68rfe to g56 swap, harnesses?

I currently own a 07.5 auto and just bought a complete donor 07.5 that is a mating reg cab 4wd so I should have everything for a complete swap, I assume I can just reflash my ecm with a manual efilive tune but what about a harness? My donor had a engine bay fire and I have not got it yet but I assume the harness is different for a neutral safety switch etc.. which is may be damaged. I want my exhaust brake to work and obviously start. Just trying to get issues worked out before I begin the swap. Pics are of donor

Bump, does any one know if I can do the swap without changing the harness?

If you take the Engine Serial Number from both engines and check with Cummins they can tell you if they are the same part number.
