93 Dodge fuse block location

My son just bought a 93 Dodge Turbo-diesel and can't find the fuse block. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me where it is located.

there is a panel right underneath the steering wheel. Take that off and it will be right there.

You need to remove the 4 screws that hold the panel directly below the steering column. The fuse block snaps on to the panel.

no need to remove the panel at least on the 92 anyway, just reach up and disengage the block from the panel (sorta hooks to the panel with a tit on the block) and pull it down and out. The wire bundle will limit how far out it comes.
