a/c problems

Couple days ago, fire up the '08, turn on a/c, go to back up and BOOM!!! (literally) with white cloud in front of the passenger side windshield, scared the crap out of me... . turned out to be an a/c coupling gave way and the cloud was R134a. What gives dodge, truck isn't even 4 yrs old? On the positive side this is the only problem I've had in 12 months! Anyone else had a/c problems.

I'll bet that made one heck of a mess. I haven't heard of it happening on these trucks. Those couplers are pretty reliable.
