Haha thats funny. I mean Dodge could show us all this stuff that says they are superior to Ford, Chevy does it about Dodge etc etc etc. If you are relying on what the company tells you as your information source, well heck why dont you just give me 40 grand and I'll sell ya a turd on skates and tell you its the best thing since sliced bread.

There is one thing about my Dodge I wish was just a little better.



I dropped a grocery sack full of marshmallows in the bed of my truck and bent the inner fender!! It then proceeded to bend the bottom of the bed when it bounced off the inner fender.



It would probably add about 200 lbs. to the truck if they doubled the steel used in the bed floor and inner fenders.

I love all the frame BS. When was the last time any of us had a problem with a truck frame. I am sure there have been some - misused - abused - overloaded - but statistically, how many problems based on c-channel vs. hydroformed closed box style?

If he has worthwhile experience to back it up... . then I'll give him more credit... . but if thats all he is playing for cards... . I dont THINK so.



I worked too damn hard for my ASE Master Med/Heavy truck certs (recertified in July to boot) to have some guy say he's the best because of some special show.



If it was VICA... . I'd definitely give him some credit.



As for me... Im glad I took the career path I did... . Not only have I done trucks, but have done locomotives and big power gensets as well. And now doing unofficial R&D on and building OEM aerial ladder and tower ladder Seagraves.

OMG!!! SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I threw a bag of the large marshmellows in mine! I think the frame bent so bad that the Cummins is going to need 4 universals on the front, just to get the driveshaft to turn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahhh. . the reason I pay $35/year... . I know what I like. I like things about them all. . but I own a Dodge, I made my decision. I'll live with it. Besides... I don't tow anything anyway... . The transmission just has to be able to pull my 4 wheeler...
