Now that you are in the 12 valve forum I can guess its prolly 98 or older. If it has 2 wheel ABS its a crappy system, I unplugged the ABS puter with no problems and it stops fine and no surprises.

Its under the dash straight forward from where the shift lever would be with a 5spd with the plug on top, remove drivers knee bolster and you can get to it from there. Its some thing to try to see if it makes a difference.
 
Deezul's right... they aren't a good system on the early ones. Have you by chance changed tire, or gear sizes? That will confuse fred a lot of times. If not are your brake and abs lights on on the dash? If so there is a code stored that could send you in the right direction.

it is a 95 , 4 wheel abs system . I will try to un hook the thing . I'll see if it helps, hope it does this is not a fun thing to have happen. thank for the help on where to unplug this thing.

thanks deezul1 i was looking under the dash ha ha on me boy do i feel smart . I guess I will unhook the thing in call dodge . there so helpfull , not . thanks for the info. :)
