2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Abs

ABS isn't working, no codes, can hear controller clicking when I pull the fuse. Dealer couldn't get in with hand held to calibrate speedo. Any ideas. 98 2500 4x4

2 wheel ABS or 4 Wheel ABS? If 4 wheel, look at the sensor in the rear diff. If it is open replace it. If if is 2 wheel I don't know.
