Adjusting linkage on NP205

guys, looked in the archives and found nothing on this subject... . I have both the cheapo manuals, and they are of little help. I am hoping it is out of adjustment as I can't seem to get the front drive shaft to stop turning, (it isn't supposed to turn when in 2hi, right??). I am hoping it is not a bad fork... .

When you say "it spins in two high" is this when you're driving? Stop the truck, turn it off, set the brake, and make sure the truck is in 2 hi WITHOUT the hubs locked. Then climb under and see if you can turn the front driveshaft by hand. If it spins, leave it alone. Some driveshafts spin from vibration or moving oil in the diff or case when you drive, but aren't transferring torque which would indicate something is wrong. I am assuming of course that you have locking hubs, If not, your driveshaft SHOULD spin in 2 hi. Just not transferr torque.
