So I installed my module and I'm trying to figure out all the bells and whistles. First thing is that I called Quadzilla to better understand the downloads. I asked the tech what exactly the different downloads do and he said it just changes parameters as described in the specific download. For instance, one download has the 'warm-up' feature enabled at 140 and 'hi-idle' after 2 minutes. So my question to him was "Does this particular download just change the parameters so the user doesn't have to?" Meaning is it just the same if I were to manually go in the "Hardware setup" and do the same thing? He said yes. However, after downloading that particular download nothing in my settings were changed, my 'warm up' was still at 150 and my 'hi-idle delay' was still at 30 seconds. Am I doing something wrong?



The next issue is that my 'high-idle' only bumps my RPM to 900, I thought it was supposed to be 1200?



Another is the EGT shutdown, I have the "turbo-timer" on the Pulse set for 325* yet the truck doesn't shut off till the Pulse reads 303ish*, (takes a LONG time to get there in Arizona). On the same EGT note, my EGT's read HIGHER on the Pulse then they did with analog guages, or the Attitude.



One step at a time and I'll get it figured out. If anyone please has any info, please share. Thank you

I think 325 is to low for shut down, try 350-375. My truck seems to warm up quickly when driving. So the warm up time does not seem long. I used the last download on the list as it had more bells and whistles

My fast idle RPM also only comes up to about 900ish. With my Jammer 3 injectors installed, the RPM would hit about 1200 but the RV275s I just reinstalled (better mileage) will only hit 900. I used the turbo timer tune instead of EGT because in the summer EGTs take too long to hit 300. The 3 minute time seems about right. I do not have the Pulse module so, I can't change any settings from the base tune I have loaded.
 
RSimmons - Just to let you know I have RV275's I installed before the Adrenaline and it will high idle to 1200. It maybe something different than the RV275's.
 
I cleaned the contacts and at this point the PULSE buttons are doing a lot better. I am interested to see how long it lasts. I used non-lubricating contact cleaner.
 
No grid cycle going on here when it is over 70 deg air temp. The only thing I changed was the injectors and fast idle , wether in warm up mode or fully warmed on level 0, now is 900 rpm and used to get 1200rpm with other injectors.
