Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) AFE and K&N filter oil the same?

Just bought a used air intake with AFE filter. I had a K&N stock replacement filter at one time and still have some oil left. Was wondering if anybody knows if the oil and cleaners are the same?

i used my remaining k/n oil and cleaner on my afe. same stuff. afe was was created by k/n guys, frrom what i have been told.

I bought the K&N stuff at the local parts store for my AFE with no problems.
