so i bashed in my right front fender... if i can't get my paintless dent guy to fix it. I was going to look into aftermarket fenders like you see on the carli trucks... does anyone make bolt on steel baja style fenders? if not glass ones that don't require any fabrication? how do you match the rear fenderwells?

I've not heard of a steel baja style fender. There are several makers of glass fenders for these trucks. Some seem to have better luck than others, but all take a little massaging to get to fit right. Obviously, you have to remake something for the inner fenders as well.

In the rear, it's a little more extensive. From what I understand, it requires separating the inner/outer skin of the bed by drilling out a bajoogle of spot welds. Then, the outer skin is replaced by glass. Usually, the bed sides have to be supported at the back end as alot of the structural rigidity is compromised.

A guy on compd recently modified his rear fenders to flare out for drag application. He cut a couple of the supports around the rear fender area, and used a jack and some wood to carefully persuade the fender to bulge out about 3 - 4". It actually turned out really well, and I'd definately consider this method for a truck that is still going to be used as a truck.

Check with Justin at RPM Off-Road in Bristol, TN. He has glass fenders front and rear on his personal truck and can tell you all about it. The truck looks great, but it did take some work. You can see a pic of it here: RPM OFFROAD
