Don't overlook the grounds...

Just at 100,000 miles do I replace the front bearings?

Today I noticed while driving into work that my front drivers side wheel is making that wheel bearing noise again. Could it be. After only two thousand miles, that the hub assembly I just replaced is blown out? I did everything to spec. Torque spec. Greased everything. What could be the cause of this? Freeway chatter? I'm going to call the parts store tomorrow and see if they will warranty it, but I'm not counting on anything.

BCA bearings? https://www.turbodieselregister.com/images/smilies/cussing.gif

A man-made mechanical device always has a potential for early failure. Have you jacked it up and rotated the wheel yet to hear and feel it to be sure?

I hope for your sake you are mistaken. Maybe you'll get lucky and find a small pebble caught in the brake caliper making a scraping noise as the rotor rotates.
