I'm not trying to start a transmission war but, I sincerely would like to know why you guys like the Aisin better than the Allison? When the Aisin first became available behind the Cummins, I remember hearing that the Aisin was a much heavier trans. than the Allison. I believe the theory was that the Aisin being heavier meant that there were heavier-duty parts in it? Thanks for your thoughts.
