For you, 15W-40 AME will work just fine, and will be good for 15K changes. Works put pretty good, you do your oil, oil filter and fuel filter all at once. Let me know if you have any specific questions.

It is kind of a personal choice though (thats why there have been Oil Wars here in the past). Bottom line is use what u are comfortable using based on what u are looking for in the oil performance.
BTW I run 15-40 year round with out problem.
