Thought I would post this as it may help others. On a short trip back from my daughters my truck started acting like a ghost had control. It was a few days before Halloween lol. Anyhow my nav. screen went away....A/C quit and and service suspension alert came up. I was in cruise control set at 65 and the truck immediately started accelerating. Pulled over and restarted the truck but still had the nav. and service suspension alert. Took truck to dealer the next day but they couldn't get me in. Came home and decided what would it hurt to do a fac. reset on the truck so disconnected the batteries...waited for awhile then reconnected. I know it takes approx. 24 hrs. for truck to reset so waited until next day. Truck started up without any alerts....had no camera system but went out a couple hrs. later and it was back. Reset my Android auto app on phone and while going thru the settings saw the connect thru wireless was checked. I unchecked this and it connected flawlessly to my u-connect. I was previously having connection issues so my analysis is I must not have unchecked this box and it may have caused the ghost in the machine....just thought I would share my experience. If more issues come up I'll post up.

Have your batteries load tested, OE batteries start having issues around the 18-24 month mark. In all my Rams, I have had to replace at least one battery under warranty.

I don't know about the certified tech stuff but when I had the fan clutch issue I took it in sounding like a tornado was under the hood. Tech said nothing came up on the computer so it was fine .... Had to go to another dealer and they fixed it lol. I won't let the first Dealership touch my truck now. Thanks for the tip on the batteries...will look into it.

mine sounds like a prop job at liftoff when engaged... got to be one of the most efficient cooling systems in the world.
