I love my 4s, but have been thinking of trying out a set of 6s lately. Hoping someone will have experienced both and be willing to share impressions.

Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Also, I've considered going with a set of Lenny's 200hp or competitor series injector. I know I'll need more air, I'm planning on dealing with that as required.

Just wanting some feedback from someone thats tried m4s and then gone larger about drivability. The truck is very drivable currently and would like to step up in power a little more and continue to have decent street manners.

I went from 4's to 6's. To be honest I didn't notice a difference until I really romped on it. Just make sure you have the air to burn the extra fuel and to keep EGT's in check. F-1 makes great injectors!!

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. Just went back to a sovp from a hrvp for drivibility- much better with my setup. Now I need to step up my injector size to get back to where I was power wise- yes ther is a big difference in pumps. The hrvp makes the m4s seem alot bigger than they are. I've got a set of 250s on thier way to try out. If I don't like em, they will take em back and cover shipping. Figured thats a pretty good deal. Was planning on 6s, but we'll see how these do first. Thanks again!

I'm also aware that Don will upgrade the 4s into whatever I want. So thats also an option. I'll give these others a try and go from there...

I'm not 100% sure but i think don will only go up one size on your 4s if you go to a 6 he will have to completely redo them. I had don make me a set of 7s and i love them not at all 2 much run real clean till you pin it then its on!!!!

Cool. Thats what I like to hear. Was thinking about 7s if these others don't work out. Also, I guess the big difference in pumps isn't as noticable when the pm3 is on. I finally got to try it out on dry pavement today, on the way to work. The pm3 makes a larger difference on the sovp- yeah, it made a difference on the hrvp, but not as much- guessing that the hrvp has more built in duration? I'm runnig about 53psi vs 55psi with the hrvp- so I guess fuel is down a little bit, but not much. The drivilibility is so much better with my truck, now. Can't wait for the larger injectors! Even considering going with twins now:rolleyes: We'll see how the sps62 copes with it first, maybe a silver62 would be able to do the trick? Really don't want to give up spooling- but you know how that goes#@$%!
