I sent Ted a e-mail at Janetty Racing and he said the full turbo back 4" exhaust system would require some welding. Does any one know of someone in the Nashville, TN area that can install this for me?

When I installed mine, I cheated a bit. I cut the OEM exhaust off and installed the JRE (with a minor mistake that could've been avoided by reading the instructions). Hint: put all the parts up first and cut *nothing* until you see for certain that something needs cutting!
I got the JRE in place, then used the clamps to hold it together. To hang it, I used some #6 copper wire I had lying around until I could get to the muffler shop. They happily welded hangars onto the pipe and used the hangar supports in the OEM location. (I'm in VA and am not familiar with Music; sorry. ) It was ... nice watching the expert bend the end of the hangar wire, stick it into the hangar, tack it against the pipe, then weld it and bend it around the pipe as he went along. I know *I* couldn't do it!
So find a muffler shop that does custom work and ask them to do the install whenever they can fit you into their schedule. The more flexible you are (timewise), the more pleasant they will be with you. (In my case, I made three appointments before their workload was low enough to fit me in; it was either a funeral or the wrong parts arrived, or some other unforeseen snafu. Being semi-retired, time doesn't much matter to me!) And if they don't 'seem' willing or happy, thank them and find another shop.
Like fest said you can install it and use some wire to hold it until you can get to a shop. I had my old one out and new one in, in less than an hour, took it to my local shop he welded all the joints and hangers on for $25 pretty good deal. You will love it once it is in, good luck... ... .
I don't have the 4" JRE for the Second Generation on my Nashville based Cummins. I do have a JRE modified 3 1/2" Banks (w/ Walker Muffler) on my First Gen.
I realize this this won't help you... . Just wanted to say "Hey" to a Neighbor!
I have a great muffler/exhaust guy here in Franklin if needed... .
i put my own system on with a hodge-podge of parts. you can make your own hangers from pre-drilled galvaized strap from Home Depot. then use bolts through the original rubber hangers on the frame. stainless steel band clamps work great for fight joints, then attach the hangers to the clamps with another nut, then to the rubber on the frame.
