Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Anyone replace NV5600 shift lever with a curved one?

I love my 6-speed but I don't like the looks of of the shift handle. Is there a replacement for the straight lever with a slightly "bent" one? I want it for looks only.

We've pulled the lever out of the tower on our trucks, heated it, put it in a tubing bender and bent them to match the driver... . Its a heck of a thing when the shifter lever gets in the way of big gulp in the cup holder... .

Thanks for the tip. I never thought of using a tube bender. Since I don't currently have one I better buy a spare shift lever just in case I make a mistake. Your reference to having a better reach to the cup holder was funny.

I got a shift lever from Profinish.com It puts the shift knob over by my leg. About 100 dollars.
