Radiant heat as a sole source.

Are you at a deficit? We've been over on precip all year, by a bunch.

Crazy how different things are given the relatively short distance between us.

That was us last year. Officially, 2018 was the most precipitation at Pittsburgh International Airport since they started recording. This year, we are only a few inches below normal. But it just seems really dry.

We didn't have the snow that the orgin. post had but we to the south had LOTS-O-RAIN and it still continues. Only our 2ond Spring in. Indiana we've been told that THIS YEARS Spring is the Normal.

. I have to admit I got a bit nostalgic cutting that ol girl up. It was the only tree along the edge of a large field, perched atop a small rolling hill. Its been somewhat of a land mark for as long as I can remember.

My in laws have a giant Sycamore on their property. If/when it goes, hope some folks make some cool stuff out of it. It has some rot but at a estimated few hundred years thats expected, not getting "boards" out of that thing.

You could take some limbs have the small rounds laser engraved for some cool christmas ornaments or some sort of fund raiser for the town youth, have the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts help process the small parts.

I save a small cutoff picece of the trunk of our christmas trees each year and tag the date on it.

And it's just about planting time!

At least he didn't tear the field up :D
You leave a set of ruts like that in a field it takes a back hoe to straighten it out or a reaccurrance is right around the corner.
