2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Are 01-02 Engine ECM's interchangable?

I am pretty sure the 01-02 engine ecms are the same and interchangable but just wanted to throw it out and make sure. Both are off auto transmission rigs. I just acquired one off of an 01 for a price I couldn't refuse. a Person Can't have too many spare parts laying around ya know. :-laf

Like you, I don't really know but would assume the '01 and '02 ECMs are interchangeable. If you had both engines or access to an '01 and '02 you could compare the CPL number on the engine data plate. I forget what the C stands for but the P and L are for parts list.
