Wisconsin

Have been busy lately, but yes I will be there and will attack the track.

OH! by the way. About holding my hand and walking me through. I talked to my gal and she said -NO WAY - you were too cute!

Not sure if I'm gonna make it - the stuff has really been hitting the fan at work over the past few weeks... .

Walcott - Were you pulling out of the Echo Ridge apartments on Broadway/Sarnoff around 11:30 on Monday? Looked like your truck but I couldn't see the TDR badge - I work right next door and was leaving the office at the time.

Dan You have a good eye,That was me at Echo Ridge on monday.

I sure hope we have a good crowd of diesels on fri. ,I have invited a few buddies to race there powerstrokes,so you guys will have to be nice.

AZPETE,please don't get so mushy when i'm on TDR,I have to face these guys at Maymaddness, your makin me blush man!!

Alan

Hey, I drool every time I see a 3rd Gen Cummins - yours stands out pretty well, too. :D If I could just match those six lucky numbers I'd have one of my own... .

Having some electrical problems with the truck, so making it next week is looking even less likely now. :(

Dan, if you need a hand let me know,I'm headed to the lake this weekend so don't call till Monday. 790-1505 Always willing to help!!

Alan Oo.

Thanks, Alan - Had a current draw we thought might've drained the battery, but it ended up being just the memory for the radio/clock - not even enough to register on the meter. Turned out to be just a bum battery. :) One bullet dodged... maybe I'll luck out some more. :D

EDIT: Don't get drowned by the hurricane coming our way... hope you have a good bilge pump. :D I'll be doing a little wheeling tomorrow - probably a good thing Jeeps have drain plugs. :D

Just checking in, keeping AZ at the top of the rigs spotted forum. I'm pretty ready for Friday, it should be a pretty good time. It looks like everyone I mentioned above is going to go with me, so that's good.

Is anyone familiar with a brown, 4 door DuraMax in town (Tucson) that looks completely stock that a young guy drives (you'd know the one by the amount of power it has)? This description might be pretty generic, but this truck would stand out to you because: you can see what I have on my truck in my sig (probably above), and this guy blew the socks off me the other night. :--) As disappointing as that is to me, I'm not complaining because I'm so impressed. I asked him what he had done to it, and he said "everything" so I'm really curious.

If anyone knows this truck/ guy, you should have him out Friday to SIR. I'd like to see some of you with real trucks give him a run for his money!

Till Friday,

--Mike

I haven't seen him around,I have run into a 01 dodge,he clams 650 hp at the wheels,I told him to com'on out to SIR and show us. I don't think he'll show as it seemed like alot of hot air. It looks to be a great Fri. night to race,It's sooo nice it's cooling down. :D

Have to go to Yuma tomorrow for work and let the boss know that I will be back by Friday afternoon. Am looking forward to being there, just will not have time to clean up the old white truck.

I waw in Kingman on Thursday the 16th and saw a new 4x4 CC ctd at about 12:30 had the the sticker on the rear window and a hitch cover, who could it be? I was at whataburger by the walmart.

Walcott-- Hi Alan. Thanks for the E-mail/invite to the races in Tucson. I hope to make it down tommorrow. Really looking forward to seeing more diesel people. I have a white '03, 3500, QC, 4X4, ARE shell with TDR badges and stickers on all 4 corners. What time should we be at the track? Looking forward to seeing you all! Joe Fihn.

Joe,sorry I didn't get on earlier,I'm planning on heading to track around 6:30-7:00pm. I'l see you out there.

Sorry, couldn't make it tonight. Spent all day at Leon's getting 4" exhaust on the truck,:) then had to go to work for a few hours - by the time I finished up it was too late. :(

I imagine y'all that went saw us there:

J. Steve said:
I'll be in mine, I'm working on getting my brother to go (2003 white 4 door, short box, 37" tires) and two friends from my off-road club to go (1997'ish black excab, short box, ~10" lift, 38" tires) and (1997'ish white single cab, long box, ~6" lift, 35" tires). We all have Wildcat OFF-ROAD stickers on our windshields, or back windows so we should be identifiable by those.

I was sorry to not see more of you guys/gals there. All I saw was the white dually, and the blue four door 3rd gen- and didn't get to talk to either of you (very nice rigs I might say). I don't know if you all saw me run or not... it wasn’t a great run but I think when I get my PG7 w/ AFE my truck will really pick up. It has the power I think to run a low 16, or high 15, but It's suffocating right now so hopefully I can get it back out there after that (in the next few weeks sometime). I have a poor quality video of my run if you're interested (17. 1sec I think):

I was lookin for ya!

Mike,I did see the 4 trucks but couldn't find you!The blue 4x4 was mine, the white dually belonged to AZPETE,who i might say did a great job for a first time racer! We had a good time racing and hangin out. Joe(BUFFALO) came down from PHX. to show support and enjoy the racing. Next time I'll figure out a place at the strip to meet. So all in all we had 8 trucks show up,not to bad.

look for new thread for Truckin Nationals in PHX.
