Whats the best auto to standard conversion kit and what is include

I don't think you'll find a one stop kit like you will for, say muscle cars, but you will be able to put together what you need easily with suppliers on this site. I'm sure other 1gen guys will advise better.

At 120,000 miles I replaced my Getrag with an NV4500HD.
You will need at least the following to go from an auto to a manual trans.:
A flywheel.
Clutch PSI plate & clutch.
Clutch hydraulics.
Compatible bell housing.
NV4500HD or manual trans of your choice.

Other depending on trans used.
I had to:
Shorten Drive Line 6.5"
Made a new trans. cross member and trans support.
Added a trans filter kit.
Added a trans cooler.
Ran electrical senders from rear diff. and trans. thru a SPDT switch to watch towing temps.

Others who have done this conversion will probably have some good suggestions.
