my 93 350 came out with an automatic trannie. It was converted to a NV4500. This works fine but I do a lot of big city driving, like Dallas, Nashville, St Louis and others. I am looking for an automatic to change it back. Anybody have one for sale? Thanks.

What I would look for is a trans from a 94 to early 96 it's the 47rh trans .Yes you will have to change up drive line length but trust me when I say this it's MUCH better then the trans the truck came with .it will give you lock up and Over drive .Hand's down it's the way to go .Nice thing is lock up and over drive can be controlled by switches or you can buy a controller that work's Great also compushift.com sell's the comp u shift mini for 350 that will let you set everything and not have to worry about switches .You will also have to change engine adapter n starter but in the end you will have a truck that you will Love driving more .

I have a complete A518 trans and transfer case out of my 92 4x4 that I just converted to stick. It had coolant contamination and needs to be rebuilt, but it includes everything from the flywheel to driveshafts if you're interested.

Slowmoe If it was me I would get a 47rh from a second gen truck and put it in there .It will give you Lock/up and Overdrive and turn's a first gen into a animal that Loves to run . If you need 1 built You can Message me I Can Help you out .

Haven't really put a lot of thought to it. But figured 1000 for everything seemed fair. Aside from the transmission, everything else is in good working order.
