Automated Recall Warning Call From FCA?

I can't get an answer from FCA or the dealer on who makes the replacements and if it is Takata what propellant is used. If it is still rocket fuel propellant then there is no point in doing the recall. If getting the recalls completed was really a priority at FCA you'd think they would answer the simple question!

Anyone have Sergio's home number so I can forward the robocalls to him? Bet that would get an answer fast.

I just read this morning that Sergio is retiring next year. I wonder what direction FCA will take with him out of the picture? I hope it is for the better.
