Powder Extreme, first put reliable gauges, Pyro pre-turbo and boost. Then try the Edge EZ. With your 275 injectors, I think you will be very happy. I had just the EZ and stock injectors and was very happy for a while, then the mad bomber in me took over

. I don't think you NEED to go to a larger turbo housing with the HX35 unless high egt's are a concern, and they should not be with that combo and a 4" exhaust. If you want a larger turbo housing, the HX40 is great on the ETH. Edge is no longer recommending the PE for the ETH, I received this info from Brett at Edge when I was going to piggyback my EZ with a PE. It's apparently only good for another 25 HP or so gain, while putting undue stress on that VP44. Hope this helps your decision. Forgot to add, the "scotty air system" is way cool, literally.
