Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) BD and stock lift pump ?

What is the difference between the lift pump BD is selling ($275. 00) and the stock one from Cummins ($175. 00) other than $100. 00 and shipping ??

not sure about the bd pump but i have a cummins oem pump and a pump i bought from auto zone both are cartter pumps and i just bought another pump from cummins it is also a carter the only diffrence i can find is that all three pumps have a diffrent number stamped into the top of the actual pump cartrige i tore the two pumps apart didnt wanna take the new one apart but the diffrence between the auto zone pump and the old cummins pump i have is the autozone pump have to little spring loaded valves inside the fuel cavatity and the cummins pump does not.
