Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Best place to get IAT and MAP sensors?

I have cleaned my IAT and MAP sensors and that has sometimes helped my mileage, normally runs around 15-16. I was thinking that maybe they need to be replaced. Where is the best place to get them? Dealer (not) Cummins etc...
