got my FASS from Piers Diesel. Cant recall the price I paid 3 years ago but I do remember that they had a TDR discount. I think that FASS and Airdog are "price fixed"(I may be wrong) in that the price from one dealer is what u will get at another. Atleast that was what it appeared to be when I bought mine, so I went with a dealer that I had had good experiences with in the past.
Not a lot, only about 16000 miles on the Airdog, truck only has 25000 miles on it,only use it to tow with. Not a peep out of it,but i tried one of the first Fass"s that came out a while back---was great for about a month and than became too noisy,so i traded it back for the Airdog. So far so good, can't pull it down below 14PSI with all the stuff in my Sig---idle is 17PSI. Before these pumps came out(airdog/fass)i had two Carters fail on me(one left me on the side of the road) plus 2 Product Engineering pumps, both started to leak fuel from the pump body with in a week of use. Hope this helps---PS There is one member on here that has over 140,000 miles on his Airdog without any issues but i can't recall his name. No flame or war intended but the Airdog is working for me for now, after all the problems i had with pumps:{. My 2 cents---DW
