Best way to change fuel filter 2007.5 3500 4x4

You need to take the fender liner out a couple of screws and you can removed the fender liner. The rest is kind of easy after that.
 
I go through the top, but I don't the the engine wing anymore. Once loose from the fender well I take it out the top.
 
I use a long extension and a universal from underneath to break it lose and drain, then I reach in from the top to spin it the rest of the way out by hand and pull it out. I'm to lazy to remove the fender liner every time I want to change the filter out.
 
I have a 4X4 and an extra 2 mu fuel filter in the area. So I have to remove the inner fender liner.

I do the same. Drain out as much as possible then through the top.
