Competition Can anyone give me onfo on the BD RAD?

How would a Big Brother turbo mate up with a 40/35 hybrid for a set of twins? Will the hybrid have enough in it to light off the Big Brother? Planning on upgrades for the near future and need the big power guys advice!

Well lets see, there are only two of use using it, one is using a 40/16 the other is using a B-1, I'll tell you I can see nothing wrong with my setup as of yet, it drives/cruises nice and screams bloody murder at will, I'd say the only reason a person would go small than a 40 on top would be a set of towing Twins or limited HP (600 or below) Yes it is mountable but it is tight. That's about all I know to tell you except for a ride... ... out of the ditches of course;)

P. S. it spools just as good in valet at 565 HP!

Great! Thanks Jim, looks like maybe the ole hybrid isnt going to be apart of the twin mix like I thought it would be. Man I am just trying to imagine 565 hp in Valet Mode! Did you mention ride?? Name the place and time! I dont get the out of the ditches part though

Another Question, why are the big turbos much less money than the smaller turbos? Is this simply a Supply & Demand thing?

Yes supply and demand on the big Chargers, there are a ton of HT3B's on the road, not the most efficient but tough and cheap and work even better when modified. Really hard to beat turbo up to say 700 hp when mated to a modified 40.

jrandol, the truck likes to walk around on the road now... guess I put some fresh tires on!
