Most are 3 star rated, some are 2 star rated. They are manufactured by Heartland RV.
This information is according to my RV Consumer Group Guide, which rates all RV's. RV's are rated from 0 to 5 stars and have a full report on each unit. I purchased my guide last year for about $150.
Make sure you check out the manufacturer before you buy. Bought a new travel supreme last fall, the company went out of business now I'm stuck without a warrenty. Just food for thought.
I have a Landmark/Golden Gate built by Heartland. Very few problems so far. You might want to check out the Heartland Owners web site. Heartland Owners Forum
i just bought my big horn 3670rl on august 1,2008. enjoying it so far. this is my two cents, get a good dealer and if something bad happens keep your cool and do not threaten the company or your camper will be parked next to your house. like puller said, check out heartland owners.com.
I've heard good and bad. Seems some come into the dealers with a bunch of problems others are few. Guess what the consumer gets is luck and depends how well the dealers do there PDI to prevent future problems.

I understand your concern but wouldn't be too worried. Travel Supremes are great products even without a manufacturer or dealer network. I owned a '95 that I bought used. Their only drawback, in my opinion, is weight.
The greatest risk you'll have might be if you should be unfortunate enough to destroy a molded fiberglass end cap that required replacement. Unlikely but possible.
Since Jayco bought the facilities and is now manufacturing a rebadged Travel Supreme you might even be able to buy end caps that would fit even if they change the mold slightly for appearance.
