Where is the cheapest place to get a new block heater?

Home Depot... NO NO i'm kidding. If you've got time for a search, there was a large thread about this and the power cord a few months back with cummins sources and othr mid-heavy truck sources.

Got a new one from Cummins Atlantic a few years ago. It was pretty cheap, as I recall. And up from 750W to 1000W. Try the Cummins dealer/shop nearest you, or there may be a cross reference that would work from another brand of truck engine dealer.

If you haven't, test the cord first. Had to replace mine. Looked OK visually, but wasn't inside. Robbed one off one of the tractors from work for a week. Heater worked fine with that cord. Bought a new cord. Heatewr has worked fine ever since.
