well i dont know where the resistors are located but im pretty sure they are blown. to check them do a resistance check and look for an open circut.
 
It's the resistor... I've done probably 100 of them in various vehicles from Mercedes to Ford.



Usually... they try to keep them cooled by putting them in the air box near the blower motor. Drop the panel by the blower motor and look for it there.



Good luck... I haven't had to do one on a Dodge truck yet!
 
its the resistor, we would change them about every six months on our intrepid, and it would work fine then one day, nothing, untill we changed the blower motor it quit taking out the resistor, so if they keep poping change the motor.
