Just the other day, after putting on the carter black pump, I found that when the truck is over about 1900 rpm in park it blows lots of blue smoke and kind of stumbles. Has anyone had this problem. Is it from the pusher pump? It never happened before the installation. I need help asap. I appreciate any suggestions.

EEk Blue Smoke = Oil. How many miles , Mods :Edit I see Mods, etc?

And you put the pusher on the right line I can only assume?

EDIT: Head Gasket , is the haisley setup in good shape I. E No oil thru the intake side of the housing?

Everything is in good shape. The only small leak I found was on the return end of the oil line, and a gasket fixed that. The pusher is on the right line. FP is right at 22. The turbo is not leaking at all. Could this be a head gasket? I've on;y had boost to about 50 once. Thanks for the help.

Well it would be tough to see blue thru the soot cloud. So she runs rough and lets off some healthy blue smoke. Hmmm The only thing I can see is a head gasket. Have you seen anything in the coolant?

If it did not do it before installing the pump I would definitely plumb around the pusher tempoararily and retest to see what happens. How is the fuel filter?. I had one starting to plug up one time and had a rainbow in the mirror, white and blue smoke and stumbling like a drunk on a all night binge.

Coolant looks good, I also changed the fuel filter. It does it worst when it is cold. (right at start up). It does it at 1500 cold, 2100 warm. I,m still leaning tward a head gasket. :(
