I installed the borgeson delphi 600 box and the truck pulled hard to the left ,the truck had always drove straight before, checked everything then called borgeson ,they said send it back could be a bad valve, so last friday they receive it but cannot get to it till monday, monday i call and get told sorry cant get to it till tuesday so i call today at 10 am and get told sorry call back this afternoon at 3 they tell me that they are putting it on the rack call back later so at 4:30 i call back and they tell me they found the problem and will be shipping my same box out ,I asked to have a new box but was told i would have to wait for them to look at it, I think that being that the box was brand new and the problem was not my fault they should have sent me a new box and not made me wait. I asked about a discount on a sector shaft to compensate for the labor and power steeing fluid i lost was told they could knock off 15% WOW i got 20 dollars in power steering fluid and 18. 45 in shipping which they tell me they will refund the shipping. I hope the box performs better than their cust service when i get it back.

As I understand these are rebuilt steering boxes they may want to look at the other steering boxes to see if they have the same problem that yours had. Apparently they found the problem on yours and fixed it.

I'm on my second one in a year also, the main seal for the pitman arm shaft was leaking. I won't be putting one of these on again. Although, I like the feel of the different turn ratio.

Ahh, is this typical of the Borgeson Delphi boxes and their customer service? I'm thinking of putting one on my truck. But I'd like to know if it is going to be a disaster.

I have seen a number of complaints over the years about " customer services " from this provider. Though my personal experience

with their steering shaft is the product is excellent.

Mine just failed too. Main shaft seal leaking real bad. Just removed and shipped it back, what a real pain. Love the way the new box performs, just nervous about quality of this box.

I recieved my repaired box, did the same thing as the first time I had it, I have sent it back and this time they are sending me another box, this will be my last one or they will be refunding my money,Ive got better things to do then changeing steering boxs.

wow, i was really looking forward to installing one on my pickup and to see the difference in the ratio but now im thinking not... Does any1 know of another one that is good???
