Cab Air Dam Looking thing....

OK- I've seen this thing in the TDR mag for a year or more now, and I've always wondered who makes it. In the TDR mag, the color ad for Edge products pictures a red Ram with all kids of custom body work, hood, front end, and a full over-cab fairing. It looks sweet. Is it a mopar thing?? Is it an artist rendering?

That is the truck Dodge built for shows. I think it is called Big Red and was built when the first HO was built. I wonder if they are going to build a 03.
