Catcher ECM

Bob, Has Marco come up with a program where the catcher and comp can be used together to improve H. P. levels?? Thanks Steve B.

Yes he did but no real world dyno numbers yet. But I can give you a phone number of a friend of mine that ran both version's

He is very happy with the second version running Mach 4's and drag comp

I have the first version ECM from Marco,(didn't work well with the Comp), Bob offered too send it back as Marco had just finished the programing for the ECM and Comp combo. Bob also said to try a TST box with the ECM. I opted for keeping the ECM (mainly because I was hooked and didn't want to be without it) instead of getting the new version. So, I ditched the Comp, plugged in the TST and it is a GREAT combo!!!!!

time for some graphs

I have an appointment this Thursday to get some real world numbers for the CaTCHER on my truck.

This should have been done long ago.

We will run my truck with the stock ecm then swap in the CaTCHer ecm and then toss on a Edge EZ set on level 3

Will post dyno graph's by Friday :)

That's great news Bob, but don't you mean you will toss on an Edge Comp set on level 3?

the reason for the CaTCHER for ME is the need NOT to tap the pump wire on the VP44

Level 3 on the EZ is Fueling on the highest boost level.

To be honest the CaTCHER and injectors is all I run, I am tossing in the EZ as a lets see what it can add to the mix.

The is a towing crowd that can use this information.

You SISSY... :-laf :-laf

I agree Bob, I have the pump wire hot, but 90% of the time, the box is off and am running on injectors and ECM only!

I think the only time I turn it on now is to play with ToolMan on the highway... :D

I hear ya mark :-laf

This is going to great information on both the horsepower and torque curves.

I will try and find another member with a stock truck in another configuration since I have a cople of CaTCHER's available for testing

I'd about forgotten that the EZ has 3 jumper settings. I sold mine last summer to help pay for the CaTCHER. I'm only running wimpy little mach 1. 5's but not much on the road gets buy me lest I let 'em :-laf . Pump tapping is the one thing I haven't tried yet & the curiosity is killing me. I've now got a Blue Chip APB tucked under the dash & I'm waiting on some nicer weather to get under the hood to do the tap. It seems kind of silly but I guess "they" were right telling me that BOMBing is addictive.

Well, I'm a stocker and would love to be a guinea pig for ya Bob... ... ... ... ... . I'll gladly unhook the EZ and test out the Catcher. Oo.

Am I the only one who wants to see dyno numbers for the catcher..... and also in different combos.

I cant believe over 200 sold and I'm the only one who's waiting to see numbers before I buy.

Stock

Stock + Catcher

Comp + Catcher

Comp + Comp Catcher

TST + Catcher

All on max settings of course none of this sissy 1X3 or 3X3 or completely off.

Thanks :)
