Cel and grid heater flashing truck no start help please?

2006 2500 5.9 no start cel and grid heater light flash while trying to start. No stored codes. 360,000 miles. Hasnt been driving much since december did just refill fuel tank after first drive in a couple of months.

Might be telling you to let me run! Take it out on a good highway run, up to temp and an hour our more to refresh the whole system. Since no codes stored, did you notice any pending? The no start sounds like it could be a corrosion issue from sitting on the relays. Check fuse block for corrosion(fuel relay). Hope you get her running soon. Good luck!

Are you sure the batteries are good and fully charged? Cranking speed seem normal?
