RV Industry Hurt Now, But The '70s Were Worse

Anyone have a favorite central Florida RV park, that is clean... on the small side... . reasonable$$$wise... . out of the way... . ect.

Have stayed at some of the giant, err large ones, and they were Ok but looking for something different for a change.

How about he RV park in Salt Springs, very small town, in the Ocala National Forest. Never stayed there, looks inviting. About 30 minutes NE of Ocala, 30 minutes S of Palatka, 60 minutes W of Ormond Beach. Abundant fishing in the area, St. Johns river nearby.

there is one on US 1 in flager county in bunnell it is, i dump my tanks there, they have nightly entertianment on the weekends... .

I go by the one in Christmas now and then. Christmas is still a small town. Seems to me they have trees surrounding the trailer park. Hwy 50 will take you to the east coast or back west to civilization.

Thanks everyone for the replys, the Christmas park has new owners and no longer has "Airstream" in the title..... looks pretty good and the monthly rate is not to bad... this is a factor since it will take a 100 gals of fuel to get there and a 100 to get back.

If you decide to stay at the Christmas RV Park let me know how you like it.
