wierd electrical issue

I installed them yesterday only on the rear and what an amazing product. Every vehicle out there should have these.

My question is this: Has anyone installed these with Vision 19. 5 wheels?

The rear is ok but do to the 0 offset the front does not clear with or without spacers. They are sending me a 16 inch diameter set to try which will clear the caliper. The inside diameter of my rim is exactly 16 inches so i'm not sure if they will make it.

I bought a set a while back and was going to install them prior to taking a trip. We didn't take the trip, so I decided to wait until I rotated tires to install. Started (and ended) with the right front. The spacer and balancer would only go on 3/8 inch. I'm not into beating and banging and modifying. Either stuff fits or it doesn't. Universal fit to me means it doesn't fit anything right. I don't know whether or not they will give me my money back, but at least they will be out of the way. Mark

Did you call Centermatic about the problem? I had issues with the fronts also, called and was advised to try drilling every other hole 1/16 larger worked well. They explained how the wheel studs could get overtorqued causing fit problems etc. . I know, you'd think the bugs would be worked out,but maybe each case is different.

I did talk to Jerry there and the conclusion was that they balancers will not work on the front for me. My truck was a dually and I pulled off the front hub extensions and the balancers will not clear my brake caliper. All that I have tried it on was my right front.

FYI--these fitment issues are the main reason I went with Balance Masters instaed of the Centramatics.

The Balance Masters are mercury- filled and fit right on the truck right out of the box.

They ARE more expensive, but IMHO worth the no hassle installation and the quieter low speed ride.

I am running the Centramatics with Vision 181's on my dually, they were a perfect fit, and made a BIG difference. I do recall someone trying to run them on the 81's up front on a srw, they did have a problem, but it was solved, not sure if they went to the 16"ers or not, they DO have a set, seems to me it was for 16. 5 wheels and fit a FORD with the same bolt pattern.
