Loosing Prime: 1995 2500 CTD mostly Stock so I installed new fuel lines from the tank to relief valve tube and the feed line to a NAPA Gold inline filter then to the lift pump,
A lot better but still losses prime.
Soap water for leak test showed bubbles under the grommet on the fitting the Return line connects to. All the dealer had was three grommets so I got all of them them for $18.00.
Service Manual says “Wedge the blade of a straight screwdriver between the rubber valve grommet and fuel pump module where supports rib is located.
Use the second Screwdriver for support and pry valve and grommet assembly from the tank.”
Is this good with the Diesel setup?

Seems like i was a whiner on this one. With a little twisting and a pretty big screw driver they came out pretty easy so when it's your turn don't worry about it. RMcKinney
