I have a 2016 ram 2500 with bucket seats(console in between to the floor)
was wanting some seat covers and , I guess I am cheap?
I couldn't see spending 300-+ on seat covers, himm'd and haww'd a while,
and then said OK< its a NOT a cheap truck so WHY be cheap on seat covers ,
so I broke down and I ordered some higher end covers
when they came in and MAN they seemed like JUNK for the price(400 for front and backs )
BUT they claimed to be GOOD
Tried to install the rear seat cover, WHAT a royal pain in the butt with the back seat NOT folding down off rear window/fire wall!
got the one side on and then started on other ONLY to find the cover was missing one of the straps, was broke off in the box?
WTH??
JUNK. 30+ minutes down the drain and had to remove and send back
SO< left a bad taste in my mouth on high end covers?/
My old truck (06) I had some cheap Cabela's universal bucket seat covers on the fronts in camo
I'm a bird dog hunter, and my 90 lb Lab road free in teh truck, from field to truck as we hunted
so camo kept things simple to clean!
NOT a slob, type, but I use things and then clean up and take care of often!
my 06 seat cover lasted 10+ yrs and looked as good as it did when I installed it,
SO< decided to try again
29 bucks a cover for fronts, BUT got on sale for $ 19.99, sweet and back to being cheap!
Covers fit VERY well to ME< not perfect super glove like, but no movement, can access all power seat controls, no seat belt issue's, and if they last like the old one's
I'm more than happy
I have NO idea if side bags are a issue or not with them, but I don't care I guess LOL
I wanted to keep OEM seats from damage and stains, and that was done for 40 bucks
haven't tried the rear cover yet, maybe in spring time, winter is here now, so will wait till then and do the rear seat mod too then!
But if anyone is looking for cheap decent seat covers, these fit very well
they also come in a few colors besides different types of camo too? if your not into camo!
, will take pic's tomorrow
here is there link, I got the low back bucket and has a separate head rest cover in woodland camo, wasn't sure LOW back was going to work, but fit well to me, the adjustable sides allow for a lot of size and easy install too!
