cheap metal on receiver or ??

FYI, HF sells a 5/8" locking pin that will work on our hitches with slight modification. Nice flat head against box! I have a 3 piece lock set for truck/trailer and found that trimming the pin head back allows me to use the lock from set! Would need some trimming regardless due to with of receiver box. Those who have a metal lathe can do this easily. Maybe we can help those out who don't own equipment since the cost to mod out ways the cost savings. Just idea for those looking for a fix.
