Been having probs with the PM3 blowing it's circuit breaker and tripping the 'check engine' light. Had it to the dealer and the code was for an overboost condition. $50 to reset. It has happened again. If I wait will the light reset itself after awhile, or do I need to spend another $50?

It may go out after starting a few times. Make sure your power connections and wires are free of nicks. Call Mark Chapple at TST for advice.

The light will go out - my Comp comes unplugged occasionally and without the boost fooler sets the same code. That's assuming that you fix whatever circuit is blowing a fuse first. My truck runs fine if I see the light and I just reach down to plug the Comp back in and wait for a few key cycles (might be a day or two even).
