Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Class action lawsuit

What is this crap about that I received a class action lawsuit regarding cracks in the engine blocks. It has got to be a non TDR member. Only a non-member would try to file a lawsuit against Cummins over an engine block crack.

Several of us have received the same fishing post card from some ambulance chaser and discussed it on earlier threads. We've already flushed ours.

This is likely related to the 53 blocks cracking.
