how funny I have the same noise in my front end of my quad cab 4x4 dually when I drive off the curb backing out of my drive way. bought it brand new in 2007 and it does it to this day. Installed Carli kit at 65K 2 years ago and it is still there. It is not because of Carli. Its something with DODGE. I have 95K on the truck now and I have just grown to live with it. I crawled all over my truck for the first 2 years I owned it trying to locate it and I finally gave up. What I can say is I was ready to dump my P. O. S and after installing the Carli kit I will not give up my truck. It's a whole new animal and I thoroughly enjoy driving it to this day Rattle and all. If you ever locate the rattle I would love to know. Sounds Like a ping pong ball bouncing around in a tin can. Funky for sure but it is just another defect us dodge owners have learned to live with. May the force be with you and good luck with locating it because I failed.

One more thing to CK. My rattle sounded like bad wheel bearings - especially turing a slow turn. The hood stops (little rubber adjustment supports) L & R, where the hood rests, were not up far enough up and the hood rattle sounded like wheel bearings.

No $$$$$$$$$hitttt. I will have to check that. Hey Bill, question, how do you like your DDP 50hp injectors??? does your truck smoke like a train from them???

The injectors are fine. More HP. No increase in fuel economy as some have had. If I jump on it in 2nd I will see some smoke - which lasts for about 2 seconds because I have to shift. After that the turbos have spooled and all is clear. If these injectors get worn I'll probably replace with the same thing.

Put the stock trac bar back in the truck.

Adjustable heims joints and bushings in this area have proven to be a head ache, not to mention the stock trac bar is stronger than any aftermarket unit because it's solid steel. If the rubber bushings are worn out in the stocker then replace them with OEM parts. The OEM rubber bushings are cheap and proven.

nope,

still have the clicking noise, and now i have a bad squeaking noise in front aslo when truck bounces up and down over the road. its driving me nuts. . i've had it with this front end!

Have you checked the intermediate steering shafts? They will rattle once worn on a variety of rough and some not so rough surfaces.

Hey Bill, thanx for the response on the injectors. I'm gonna order a set. Also I second what Bob says, call and talk to Shawn or Sage. They are consummate professionals. They will definitely get back to you. Good Luck.
