Club Cab repair panels

[Why Not]

I have a 93 W250 club cab truck that has a little rust on it. I am going to take the truck to the body shop for repair, but the body shop is having problems finding the rocker panels for the extanded section of the cab. I can still get the rockers for the door area of the truck. Does any one know were parts can be found to repair these areas of the truck. The body shop said they can build repair panels, but would like to use premade parts if possible. It will also save some money buy buying instead of having them build.

The rocker panels are the same between the CC and regular cab. The regular cab rocker comes with the cab corner attached. Just cut the cab corner off and it will fit a CC. I'll get the number later on tonight. I have one in the garage.



The cab corners are different. These went NS1 from Dodge about 2 years ago. I also have one of them in the garage also. I had planed on repairing my cab also. But it was to far gone. I am replacing my cab.

How long are they? A club cab is 19 inches longer than a standard cab, so if the rust is towards the front (which is where it is on my truck) a standard cab length rocker panel is too short. If I cut the corner off and move it forward, I'll still only be able to replace part of the rocker panel. I guess if they're the same we would have to buy two for each side and weld them together?

Brain if the rust on yours is after the seam by the edge of the door. Then you would need the CC cab corner.



You could cut the corner off of the standard cab and splice a piece in. I'll dig out both cab corner tonight and get some pic's posted so you can see the difference in them.



Anyone got anything to trade for OEM rockers. roflmao

I am going to need everything front to back. My is rusted full length of the rear rocker on CC cab. That is the only rust on the truck which is good.
