I have been running w/o pump wire hooked up and decided to get a blue chip cover and hook up the pump wire. After installing the pump cover and wire, I jumped in and fired it up to find the 1st,3rd and 5th lights on on the comp. Comp wont turn on or off or change at all. When I turn the truck off and immediatly restart, everything works fine. But upon restarting again same thing happens. I took the cover off and installed again making sure everything was right but same problem. I grounded the comp to the intake horn and removed the second wire on the cover so as not to have problems as others who tried to use the second wire as a ground did. BTW after restarting I know the comp is definitely working because of the the extra power and smoke. Anyone know what the problem might be?

I had same problem about a month ago on way down to FLA. I disconnected the main plug that connects to comp box with engine off and reconnected plug no problem after that. Hope this helps.

Rob,

If Terminator's reset doesn't fix it as described, call the guys at Edge. They WILL make it right if there's a problem with the box. I had problems with my first too.

I had the same prob...

I just put in the UFM and had the same problem including the check engine light coming on... . Unplug all your connections and use plenty of dialectric grease on all three plugs. Cured my problem. :)
