Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) cracked exh manifold and exh brake

I have a cracked exhaust manifold that will need replaced. I decided while I am doing that it would be a good time to add an exhaust brake. A search of the forum resulted in posts 8 years old so my question is what is currently the most popular replacement exhaust manifold and which company do you like for exhaust brakes.
